We are the data controller for the personal data described below. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect and why
Newsletter and freebies — your name and email address, based on your consent when you sign up. You can unsubscribe in every email.
Purchases (courses, workshops, digital products, services) — name, email, billing and order details, based on our contract with you and our legal (tax) retention obligations.
Contact and client work — your name, email and the content of your messages, based on our legitimate interest in responding and delivering our services.

How long we keep data
Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe. Customer and invoice data: 7 years (Dutch tax law). Contact messages: up to 1 year.
Who we share data with
We use processors acting on our behalf: our hosting provider, Kit (email marketing), Payhip and other checkout providers, and Google (analytics and advertising services). We have data processing agreements in place. Some providers process data outside the EEA under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We never sell your personal data.

Our services are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
