When life gets too much it can be crippling. There are times in everyone’s lives when things can go wrong. Make sure that you maintain a balanced diet. Try and get a full eight hours sleep each night, and get some exercise each day, even if it is only a walk somewhere. By doing these things, you will gradually see a reduction in your anxiety and stress levels over a period of time.
