You also need to use lube when having sex, never miss your annual health check-up, wear cotton underwear, and use condoms to prevent STIs. Not only this but eating Greek yoghurt (the natural kind) can help prevent yeast infections.
Last but not least, mastering nutrition is also critical when it comes to women’s health. Overindulging and crash diets can wreak havoc in terms of your health. It is all about having a balanced diet. There is nothing wrong with treating yourself from time-to-time either. If you deprive yourself of eating anything good, you are going to be more likely to binge eat.
