If you have a television in your bedroom, ensure that it’s housed somewhere that it can be shut away before bed, to help reduce the distractions to your sleep. It’s also a good idea to avoid watching television during the hour before you plan on drifting off to sleep – instead opt to read a calming book.
To help quiet your mind and calm your body before drifting off to sleep, consider incorporating a number of calming aromatherapy products into your bedtime routine.
