Copy.ai is a new and FREE tool on the market that makes it easy to generate copy at scale by using AI to write your copy for you. Time for a Copy.ai review! This can be helpful for content creators, businesses and individuals who want to get more done in less time each day.
A great example of this would be writing emails or other forms of communication that are taking up too much of your time each day. And for me, that’s writing and coming up with Instagram captions. Oehlala, this tool is perfect for caption inspiration and I’ve posted more than ever since getting to know Copy.ai.
And I know what you’re thinking…
“But isn’t Copy.ai too expensive?”
It depends on how much time you’ll save by using it! If you can use this tool to save even just 1 hour per week of emailing back and forth with clients… then it will quickly pay for itself (even if they charge $500/mo). But for me, I run several Instagram accounts, and it’s been a MASSIVE time-saver, so yeah, it’s worth it. It’s FREE with this link or only $35 a month for the pro plan, and I make much more from each Instagram account so I’m super happy to learn about it and I can’t wait to tell you all about it in this review.
Let’s dive into my review of Copy.ai here now so we can find out if this tool is worth paying for or not!
Estimated reading time: 8 minutes
Copy.ai is a tool that allows you to create content, using the power of artificial intelligence (AI). The tool uses a technique called recurrent neural networks (RNN) and deep learning to predict what your next word or sentence will be at any given point in time. It also allows users to give their input as they’re creating content, so they can decide whether the results are accurate enough for their needs.
Sounds difficult? Yeah, a bit like web 3.0 right?
Well, here’s the smart man behind it:
Copy.ai was created by Aiden Barret, who has a background in AI research and development at Oxford University, where he led projects on speech recognition technology that was used in Apple’s Siri assistant service. He also worked at Baidu Research in Silicon Valley before starting work on Copy.ai with help from another former employee at Baidu Research: Andrew Ng (who now has his own company called Landing AI). Thank you Aiden 😉

If you’re looking for a tool to help facilitate the creation of content for your business, Copy.ai is definitely worth considering. It can be used by anyone who wants to create high-quality content quickly and effectively—from marketers and copywriters, to bloggers and entrepreneurs. Copy.ai offers many unique features that will save you time and make your life easier as a content creator!
Want to know a secret? Copy.ai is free to use with this link! So make sure you sign-up first before you read this step by step, so you know what I’m talking about.
Head over to www.copy.ai to sign-up for an account (use this link for a free account)
The first step is to create a project. To do this, you’ll need to sign up for either the free or paid version of Copy.ai. Once you’ve created an account, click on “Create Project” in the left corner and provide your site’s URL.
Copy will then crawl through your site, collecting information about its content structure and SEO metadata. You can use the resulting analysis as a starting point for building out your new pages and ensuring they’re optimized with all the right keywords and meta descriptions. You can also skip this step by clicking ‘skip this step’.
Next comes adding in content from other sources like competitor sites and social media profiles so you have more inspiration for what pieces should be included on each page (more on this later).
As soon as you start typing out something like [keyword 1] or [keyword 2], click generate and the computer will work its magic.
There are also plenty of other places where you can grab additional material like emails sent between employees at different companies which might reveal sensitive information about their processes — again: just type in “[key word 1]” followed by whatever phrase comes up most frequently when searching through those emails’ text fields…and voila!
There’s another chunk ready-made for copying onto whichever page needs filling out next (or several pages if necessary). I say ready-make but if you’re a proud content creator you’d edit the suggestions to make them feel like more of your own. It’s very simple to get inspired as sometimes words just don’t flow, but it shouldn’t replace the content creator.
Ok, so you can create projects for short content, like emails, blog posts and even sales pages with their templates. Do you get it why I’m so in love with this tool? I’ve always have a lot of ideas flowing through my mind but sometimes it’s hard to get them organised. With Copy.ai I can just type in some keywords, thoughts and the tool will get me an outline that really helps getting my thoughts straight.
Do you need copy in another language besides English? No problem! Copy.ai has the option to use 25+ languages, which are the most used languages in the world!
Copy.ai is free to use if you sign-up via this link. The PRO version will cost you $35 a month, which is way cheaper than hiring content writers for your own copy.
I don’t think so, because it’s a computer that creates written content, but you’d still need a content marketing strategist to create your strategy (read more on content marketing in the Ultimate Guide To Content Marketing) Nobody is happy with just blasting out content without a plan or strategy. And same for content creators. Yes, copy.ai can replace the written captions, but you’d still need to create photos, video’s and creative ideas to write about in the first place. So the tool is very useful to get inspired, it doesn’t replace the people that work in content. Luckily for us!
Copy.ai is a good tool if you need to copy if you feel uninspired or have a lot of things to do. If, however, your needs are more complex text and of course more personal content like a personal blog post, your opinion, experiences and thoughts, then Copy.ai may not be the best choice for you.
You can use copy.ai for free if you use this link and see if it is right for you. There is no credit card required to sign up and no commitment, obligation or strings attached. Copy.ai makes it easy to get started without risk.
Copy.ai is a tool that I am excited to integrate into my workflow and I hope you give it a try as well. It is developed by the same company that brought us Grammarly, so it has a lot of promise in terms of accuracy and usability. The best part about copy.ai? You can try it for free with this link!
I hope you’ve enjoyed this review and have decided to give copy.ai a shot for yourself!
